The cast is full of bizarro season 1 characters (they are similar archetypes). The only one that didn't really fit was a Damniel clone, although we got the actual Damniel in the house. Obviously it's the same as the S1 house. The prize money is also very low (8k) although that did get bumped up to 20k.

2 weeks in there's a twist. What if 2 weeks this season ends. As in this cast in the S1 house have a winner picked at the 2 week mark. Then for the next 2 weeks they have a new cast in the S2 house. Same deal, low prize money, winner picked after 2 weeks. Maybe they repeat the 70s gimmick and cult theme as well. Then it repeats again with a new cast in the S3 house 2 weeks. Total of 6 weeks, 3 casts, 3 houses, prize money probably hovering around 50k.

The beginning of the seasons is usually the most interesting, also the highest energy. This keeps things fresh and interesting. There was no need to rent the S1 house again since they already own 2 other houses. Would make sense why there hasn't been any theme this season. It just seems too low effort if the theme/twist isn't something ambitious after they went pretty hard in S3.

Things pointing to this not being the case, is the raise in prize money (although that may be because they've been raking in TTS so far). Getting 3 separate casts of people may be too hard. This is also Jet we're talking about, so it might be too much work. Although I find this idea pretty compelling.
