Honestly haven't been too wowed by anything yet but also haven't tried everything (and probably won't). I guess Trauma Code is the one I enjoyed most and have the least complaints about so far, though I wouldn't rate it above ~8.5. Hoping the 2nd half of the year has something better for me.
