that scene is actually retarded in terms of dual-wielding because of that constant spining
when you spin a sword like that, you use a single finger to rotate the hilt around. Durnign that time, a single swing from other guy will disarm you. Well, the fight would be done instantly if someone did a classic overhead swing and force him to block with both hands since you're not blocking such move with one hand especially when you're constantly spinning your swords
Half of the guys would be easily alive with minor wounds, because his slashes in reality lack force to deal such a deep wounds as seen in the show. But well, it's kind of fantasy show where normal sword breaks on contact with some zombies, and then the same zombie can throw a spear/javelin with the power of a balista. You can even see the people there slowing down their swing to avoid his dual swords from bouncing off them
But then again, in novels he should use a 2h sword with such speed that it was impossible to approach him outside spear range or bow/crossbows. It would be even more effective here because he could easily kept everyone at range with hsi wide arc of swings. it also kind of explains why Ned uses his clan heirloom aka 2h valyrian steel sword instead of stashing it somewhere.

If you're an adult, you do what you want and what you enjoy. What society gonna do, storm your house and screech at you? It's childlish to think constantly about other people opinion on what you should enjoy and adjusting/limit yourself because of that. Grow up, those "kid shows" are made by adults for gigantic money
