It's insane how there were still people looking forward to Dumai's Wells in the show when it was increasingly obvious with each season that Rand and male characters in general would never have been allowed to have any big moments. It would've been Egwene freeing Rand from the box and killing the Shaido by linking with Elayne and Avi and some village wise woman they picked up on the way.
