Despite how 15 year olds here want to cope about it just being a game, last night was a real character moment for the fish. Character moments don't come often, it's easy to be a "good person" most days when nothing is going on, when you don't have to make any real choices, but last night was a moment where they had a big choice to make, and Arye, Ellie, Drench and Dan failed spectacularly, Arye and Dan might be too autistic to care, and Drench is a psychotic crackwhore, but Ellie is a relatively normal girl, young too, she hasn't had many character moments in her life yet and she failed a pretty big one and she's realizing the kind of person she's growing up to be and she doesn't like it.
Character moments don't come often for most people, so it might not be a long time before she has another chance to show it was a fluke or outlier, and until then she has to accept when the chips were down she made the wrong choice.
