Did they really do a Trek parody in "Velma", or is that just a meme image? I didn't think anything could make me watch "Velma".

u know what i hate? when people dont like "real" trek, which is whatever i define it to be at any given moment. at first a series needed 100 episodes, but then i arbitrarily changed my mind and decided tos was "real" trek anyway, because i'm the boss and i make all the rules. isn't it great that i'm in charge? ah, imagine me being in charge. i would kill anyone that opposes me. i would make pol pot look rational and well-balanced in comparison. someone once told me that resentment, inferiority complexes, and failure translate in unstable personalities prone to one-dimensionality in societal disputes into vulgar fantasies of expropriation. but i know they couldnt be talking about me, because my mommy tells me im special! so do the nice people in the white lab coats! its so awesome being me. humorless scold, indeed.

And they're all animated by Koreans making slave wages. That's why I always laugh when I see Trek references in these shows. They have no idea what they're drawing and it shows. Some poor Korean on hour 10 of his shift does not give a single fuck about drawing these characters accurately.

Velma and NuTrek are like in so many respects. They made a Scooby Doo show without Scooby Doo, can you believe that? Alex Kurtzman made 7 (SEVEN!) NuTrek shows without any star trekking! The only thing they explore are their sexualities and muh feelings. They turned Seven into a lesbian and made her scissor with some dyke producer's self-insert OC.

So is the original Star Trek animated series, from 1973, "real" Trek or not? I have it on good authority that, because it didn't have 100 episodes, it means it wasn't "real" Trek, except for TOS, which had 79 episodes, yet somehow is "real" Trek. Unless the humorless scold wants to change the rules again. Oh, I just can't wait for him to reply. Every decision I make in life, my every opinion, rests on his approval. How did I live without him? I know you all feel the same way I do.

Every adaptation of a popular IP of the past 10 years has been the showrunner smuggling their original scripts into an existing universe. Look at everything Netflix, Amazon and Disney have dumped onto their servers. They aren't faithful to the source material in the slightest.

I never thought Janeway was hot in any way. She gives me grandma vibes! I stopped watching Voyager after the 2nd season episode where she thought it'd be a good idea to pretend to be a whore to infiltrate some alien stronghold. The sight of her trying to be dressed up sexy turned my stomach, and it was years before I gave the series another chance.

The only remotely exciting thought I can have about Janeway is like in some sort of situation where I'm humiliating her.

Like I've got her tied up and bent over and I fuck her in the ass while Chakotay impotently watches from the cuck chair. Chakotay's not tied up or restrained by anything except his own impotence, and try as he might, he can't get his microdick hard while I'm pounding away at Janeway, going where no man has gone before.

Unironically who should be the franchise producer and show runner of any new Trek.
Shin Godzilla is honestly everything a Star Trek movie/show should be. Scientists doing actual science, military and science competency porn, ensemble with no single "hero", autistic detail on heirarchy and tech capability, actual good use of politics and philosophy.
Seriously, a Trek movie or TV show on the level of writing and autism of Shin Godzilla, would be probably GOAT Trek content.

You have to love, they made a Star Trek show... about being in modern day LA and it's still just interpersonal drama and ICE bullshit. Yeah that's is what people watch Star Trek for, a 21st century show demanding open borders and jerking off the Democrats.
The fact that made that fucking Democrat Loser fat black bitch president of earth, unreal.
Problem with all modern Western TV honestly, complete inability to not just write melodrama slop. At least Asian TV shows have hilariously wacky retarded concepts, Western shows take great established settings and are like "What if we copy-pasted some melodrama LGBT romance on this?"

I forced myself through the first season of Discovery. Ugh! They start right off with a parallel universe plot, which shows usually only resort to near the end when they've completely run out of good ideas. Then everybody cries, constantly. Starfleet isn't for wusses! Talk about breaking immersion. Then there was some gay overpowered-as-fuck "red angel" supersuit that looked like it came from the distant future that magically solved plot problems for them. Seriously, how have all these woke companies not gone out of business yet?

It was in the first broadcast of that episode. After a public uproar, it was removed from later broadcasts, and all copies were purged from Paramount's library. Fortunately, there are old-timers like me that used to videotape TV shows, so I still had the original.
Looks like it's been removed; I guess Paramount is still sensitive about it, and their tentacles run deep and wide. Chilling, isn't it?
