Speaking of which, I'd recommend the Imagineering docuseries they did on Disney+ in 2019 if you like theme parks as a subject. While obviously from the perspective of Disney and generally positive about it, it mainly just concentrates on the processes of design and construction for the theme parks and attractions from the 1950s to now and it's really quite interesting. While it's obviously not going to be super negative, it does acknowledge some down periods like the numerous missteps Disney made with Disneyland Paris and why it took many years to break even, the lameness of the California Adventure expansion to Disneyland in Anaheim (they were given a tiny plot of land and way too small a budget, plus weirdly disconnected from the actual Disneyland park, so they were really disappointed with the end result), etc. Stuff like their designing of the Animal Kingdom in Orlando, or Disneyworld Tokyo where they had more or less a blank check thanks to Japanese corporation sponsors, is pretty neat.

Sadly it predates the Galaxy's Edge expansion's actual opening so we don't get much insight into the design process or anything of how they reacted internally to the lukewarm reception of the main park expansion and the outright bomb that was the hotel. It was under construction at the time so it's mentioned but it's just general PR announcement stuff if I recall.

Like the hotels attached to the Animal Kingdom are animal themed, and you get a view of the animals at pasture from your room if you're on the right side of the hotel, with African savannah themed décor. Star Wars themed rooms (with windows), Star Wars themed hallways, Star Wars themed lobby, Star Wars themed food, Star Wars themed dinner show, staff in Star Wars themed uniforms, Star Wars themed leisure facilities like pool, gym, arcade, etc, and a Star Wars themed shuttle bus that goes directly to Galaxy's Edge. Theme the room suites after different Star Wars planets and ships depending on the floor or wing of the hotel. Have lots of cute Star Wars references from across the franchise in the halls and lobbies and leisure rooms.

How hard is that? Star Wars fans will enjoy it in general, casual family vacationers and Disneyworld enthusiasts will enjoy the novelty of a space themed hotel, and otherwise go to the Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios and whatever else parks they're going to at Disneyworld during their vacation there.
