He was not arrested/detained/charged/indicted in relation to it.
Iceland has stronger prosecutorial laws than America, they don't need a complaining "victim" to charge someone with assault, just evidence/testimony.
So why wasn't he charged with assault?
Why did the PD confirm in 2020 he wasn't being charged or investigated, but then in 2022 suddenly the story changed?
