Bullshit. Almost anyone else would have had Worf court marshalled for killing Duras. Picard just admonished him. And he was constantly trying to help Worf clear his family's name. It was made very clear Picard valued Worf and thought he was a great officer.

The idea that Picard didn't value Worf just because he always shut down his ideas is dumb. As other anons have said, he did a lot for Worf's career and for him personally. But you want a tactical officer who gives you the martial options. That is literally Worf's job as Tactical. The combative option must always be explored even if it's to be discounted.

Good bridge officers give their captain options, according to their various expertise and obviously he valued Worf very highly.

Worf got the ambassador post after Insurrection but IIRC it's never mentioned onscreen in Nemesis, the wedding could have been an excuse to have him temporarily back from Qo'noS but there's nothing suggesting he isn't just a serving crewmember.
The script had some cut dialog confirming he'd quit the ambassador post, and deleted scenes have him sticking around onboard at the end. Maybe Picard could have asked Worf to rejoin to replace Data but everything points to him just being back on the Enterprise already. Apparently real-life ambassador posts only last about as long as the gap between DS9 and Nemesis, and Qo'noS and modern Earth must have more political shake-ups than Vulcan, so maybe Worf just served out his term even if Sarek stuck around forever

you can't do anything meaningful with this idea with just a few episodes because it requires too much set up to actually make any sense. Jem'Hadar are literally not even a real race. They are created for purpose. As fetuses they NEED to suck Changeling dick because it's their entire existence because they were made that way. You cannot just resolve that with your typical ideological shift that creates "freedom fighters" out of an oppressed people. They would first need to establish a REASON why they would ever rebel in the first place. It's a really tall task but it would require like a sequel series or something to be done actually right. I mean thats exactly what the non addict did with bashir trying to make him find a cure, in the short term they could raid a ketracel white depo and steal a ton of the stuff so they have time, they are very quick learners and engineers in their own right, a group of jem'hadar who made it to the federation might apply for asylum. They are put very very secretly on an isolated world and the feds are trying to research a way to help them over come their addiction and genetic conditioning, like I said this story writes it self, they want dominion cloning tech so esentially they can breed. Now of course knowing star trek writers this would lead to a female jem hadar you just know Ira and RDM would be all over that. But its a ticking clock, a time bomb, once the white runs out they are fucked so its find a solution before that. While the Jem'hadar being very smart and basically savants as in get shown something once and they can reproduce it perfectly. Also natural tacticians they are working on contingencies, maybe some of them start becoming enamored with the klingon whole honor system and try to adopt it. Idk their is a lot of ways to go here. The times children one Worf taught his kids to go hunt dangerous predators and game to sate their blood lust so that might be part of it, they need a planet that has dangerous wild life. This is just the start of course, curing the white addiction is step one, curing the reverence of the founders might jot even be possible, note the "rebels" never directly defied a changling to its face. Other races make the weapons and ships for them we saw that in starship down, but that doesn't mean the Jem'Hadar couldn't learn to do it themselves we see how capable they are many times. It would be a series all to itself surprised their wasn't any novels written about exactly this.
