By any definition a zombie in the movie or TV franchise is they dead being reanimated by some type of virus or curse in the movie 28 Days Later and 28 Weeks Later they are not dead they are not zombies they have a virus that sets them in such a deep state of Rage that all they could do is tear apart people they see in the first one they literally end up starving to death because they do not eat their victims they are not the reanimated Dead they are not cannibalistic at least not in the first two I haven't seen the third one.
