In my opinion sex scenes are usually pointless filler and "protagonist stumbles upon love interest in the nude" is an infinitely more kino variation of those scenes which are ironically a lot hotter for the viewer. The only film I can think of with a genuinely great sex scene is MacGruber but only then because it's so funny.

Depends on the movie/show. If it's about romance and shit, then yeah why not, if it's 99% about police, super heroes, etc. then no.

Yeah, context. I'd say almost no one above the age of 15 cares about naked sex booba titty scenes in a vacuum. The real appeal is in those rare moments of vulnerability and intimacy that build off the characters and help develop them more. That's what people really want, because that's the thing they aren't seeing in their lives or porn. Showing the naked titties or sex can make those moments better, but that shouldn't be the point
