like for the other cosmetic surgeries, it's mental illness, often body disphoria. Busty girls are being made to think their breasts are ugly and/or make them look slutty, they try to excuse it by making up fake back pain, but breasts that size have no negative health effects, if anything going under an unnecessary surgery could have so many side effects and you could always risk dying from the anesthesia, there are many, many girls with breast much bigger than that that have no problem whatsoever, they just learned to accept heir bodies. Most girls after breast reductions regret having done that or try to constantly cope that having massively scarred, ugly, misshapen tits was worth it.
