I love the OT and the prequels, I saw TFA in theaters and thought it was aids, is it even worth watching the other 2 Disney movies? Should I hate watch the Disney trilogy?

The last one is a cinematic trainwreck.

Everything produced by Disney is dogshit, the only half decent movie is Rogue One but it's a 5/10 at best because it was ruined by Kathleen Kennedy's forced reshoots.

If you must watch them, watch them as comedies. TLJ in particular rips a lot of plot elements straight out of Spaceballs (whether this was intentional I have no idea), and TROS is best viewed while imagining there’s a MST3K style commentary track that goes with it. In the middle of that the different directors being angry at each other is plainly visible in the script
Also this goes without saying but pirate that garbage, yidsney doesn’t deserve being rewarded for their existence

I gave up after last jedi. Tried to watch the final like 3 times and I just don't give a shit. The prequels were disasters, but they were at least interesting messes. The Disney trilogy is boring corporate slop.

The fight scenes are all 500x better than PT (besides duel of the fates). The fight with the crashing waves in the last movie was sick, also when Ben takes on all of the knights.

I wouldn't. In fact I wouldn't have even watched TLJ if there hadn't been such a shitstorm that I just had to see it for myself (and even then I waited until I could see it for free).

(a) Anakin was an annoying character.
(b) Anakin's role in the final battle of TPM has been heavily criticized and meme'd to death over the years.
(c) Anakin was not the protagonist nor the "Hero Journey" character of TPM. (Qui-gon was the main character and Jar-Jar had the Hero Journey)
(d) In the trilogy context, Anakin has an inverse arc. The prequels are the story of Anakin's corruption and fall from grace. Anakin being a prodigy with numerous exceptional gifts is an important aspect of the character.

There are many problems with the prequels and how they are written, but Anakin is most definitely not a Mary Sue character.

Andor was amazing and peak kino. The problem is that I couldn't fully enjoy it knowing the other Disney shit exists.

It's like having the most amazing date with an ex who cheated on you, wrecked your house and set it on fire. She doesn't deserve you giving her a second chance, no matter how good the date was. And you know she's going to start acting crazy again it's a matter of time.

I don’t know man. I haven’t seen any of the other Disney Star Wars shows and finally decided to give Andor a chance after hearing people rave about it and it was…boring. It was a lot of characters the show didn’t give me any reason to care about talking about shit I didn’t care about and I didn’t find Diego Luna to be particularly captivating as a leading man. I guess the action scenes were good.

Andor himself is a little bit bland as a character. But Luthen, Cyril and Dedra were kino, with great character arcs.

And more importantly the director assembled a whole board of canon experts to keep everything respectful of the OT, from plot and story elements to the visual look. Which is a complete rarity since every other Disney media shits on canon.

The best scenes were the ones showing the Imperial bureaucracy and how the people that managed the Empire were detached from the atrocities and the consequences of it, that's kinda the message of the movie, how people can do evil without even realizing it, just following orders and doing their job. It's very much focused on the politics and characters that ran the Empire rather than Jedi, the Force and all that stuff, it's like the opposite of Filoni Disney action slop, it's slow paced and character driven, so if you go in expecting action you are going to be disappointed.
