Former fatso here; Just by changing my diet last October I've lost over 28kg so far. No excersising in particular either. I literally just eat less. Do I still eat chocolate or potato chips? Sure, sometimes. But I eat far, far less of it. I cut out sodas entirely however. Just by *eating less*, I managed to lose weight.

Why is this so difficult to grasp for ozempic-abusing retards?
