Yeah that exact behavior was what had me questioning it. I would never treat a passion project like this and his behavior just comes across as someone who doesn’t give a fuck about the quality of the final product. But the fallout larp was a content black hole, nontent so bad it was in the negatives, and I can’t imagine sticking to that for any reason other than because he cared and thought it was good. Then again it did seem like they were prepping the fish to go “outside” so who knows maybe they would have just gone upstairs anyway.

It was definitely poorly executed but I found it to be the most consistently entertaining "season" of Fishtank and I got a laugh every time I popped on to watch it. The personalities are definitely what helped sell it, though. I didn't like Jimmy and Tayleigh in BG (though they were funny when used as the butt of jokes) but I did like Jon, Tai and Letty. Jon and Tai provided me with a ton of entertainment during that whole thing.

No, I actually liked the larp part. It wouldn't be the same without the likeable characters but that doesn't mean everything else was shit. I thought putting them in that context was very funny and brought out the best in Jon and Tai especially. I also enjoyed Xavier in context of Blood Games but I've found him to be a lot less entertaining outside of that context.
