Miller is awesome at world building and action, but he’s a terrible screenwriter.
Fury Road and Furiosa both had terrible OVERALL stories/scripts that could have been easily fixed, but weren’t.
That’s not to say there weren’t good scenes and characters in each, there were, but OVERALL both stories/scripts were bad. Miller is terrible at the “big picture”—putting together a brilliant cohesive story.
