Isn't it strange that even though the internet is killing tv/movies, "webseries" pretty much don't exist? Zoomers don't even know what webseries are anymore, that's how little presence they have on the modern internet. Production costs have gotten so low even a regular person can make one and slap it on YouTube/etc. I'd watch them. Why aren't there any?

"Reality" shows killed it before it got a chance. People would rather watch Mr Beast style game shows, fake travel/food vlogs or game streams.

I want someone to make a low budget live action comedy space crew series (i wouldn't call it a "Star Trek Parody", we need to move away from that. an original space comedy series). Look how low budget shit was in the 70s/80s/90s with the space comedy shows, literal cardboard sets. Just do that, but in modern times.

For me streaming shows count as webseries. Just not hosted on YouTube for free.
Cobra Kai was on YouTube behing a paywall, it's a webseries with high budget.
