People think Korea is like this because le capitalism but the truth is this economic system isn’t compatible with every nation culture. Koreans are not name, their vanity is endless, they have a burning desire to be viewed as high class and beautiful. This creates a massive competition between people with no end game. In Korea i doubt you’ll ever run into someone who’s even remotely similar to an American rural who’s extremely content with what he has and what he earns, and how he looks.
