Games should either have finite duration to manufacture degradation, or the devs being restricted to only sell a specific "stock" amount of licenced games to manufacture scarcity.
Games should enter the realm of goods on the trade, and you being able to sell the game and either upkeep it/lose it.

It's an interesting proof of concept and you can actually do that, have a bulb made of uranium or whatever, it's a cool thing, it'll last 20k years, sure, it's a nice thing.
