25/21 was based on this song of the same name by Kim Yuna, who wrote it to remember her fiancee who died when he was 25 and she was 21. It's a very famous song by a very famous singer, so it's to be expected that practically everybody in South Korea predicted what would happen in the ending of the drama. That ending would've been kino. My head canon is that the writer changed the ending so she wouldn't be called a hack, but she ended up getting 1000x more criticism.

as much as i liked reply, i will admit, each episode was long, and some were even longer. i could imagine many who expect to watch 45-1hr shows be put off by 1hr30min episodes. this seems to be the chart makers reasoning, also the netflix/western versions had fuckloads of blurring out archive footage, which really pissed me off. that being said i'd still want it on the list with the caveat that you watch the bluray or tvN version
