I loved it. The meth scene was accurate I thought. John C. Reilly always delivers too and this is no exception with his laughmaking turn as "the Deansie".
It's a full comedy with absolutely no drama involved.

This Cedar Rapids one started with it constantly being posted on "bad movie posters/DVD covers" threads, because even though it's not particularly bad, anons would always reply how much they hate Ed Helms or how it doesn't seem like a real movie (both valid).
