I'm still in the beginning, but Scarlet's character is awful, bland as fuck, hard to pass as an experienced operator, and she keeps doing her faces which are flirtatious as fuck but have no place in the scene. The setup for the mission is not interesting at all. Ali is great, but the character is for him, so not much of an effort. The company handler is cliche as cliche goes. The rest of the cast is just there.

I watched some movies a bunch of times. First that come to mind is Fury Road. I lost count of how many scenes I just watched on YouTube. Yet for a movie like this I'm struggling to finish the thing in the first place and the production values are the same, if not bigger.

The dino sequences in Rebirth were great, best out of any World movie but the characters (especially the family like others said) were lame and plot was nonexistent. It was fun seeing it in a packed theatre with an audience who were really into it but hope the next one can have a better developed storyline. Also hope Edwards stays on as director as he nailed the visuals and action sequences.

They lived through numerous cold periods that would’ve been much colder than most of the planet today for hundreds of years at a time.
