He's garbage. Give an actually talented creative person with a movie they want to make Breen's budget and see something much better. Neil sucks and he's not growing as a filmmaker. I'm embarrassed to have seen his stuff because it's just boring now. It's not 'good-bad or bad-good' enough to sit through.
breen is a big studio and producer's worst nightmare
he'd reject every single note and budge on nothing.
his only shot would be making friends with a big actor who'd executive produce one of his films.

lol, there goes yet another laptop. Not a single one of them is ever on. He must have a buddy in computer repair or he bought obsolete ones from a school auction or something.

I mean god bless him for independently financing and producing the movies he wants to make.
Its just a shame his brain is mostly bread pudding and he has the charisma of an ugly mollusc and those movies are stupid and juvenile.
Wish more creative talent in the world had his kind of gumption and grit.
If I had shitloads of money or was a a director I'd cast Breen in a Clarence Boddicker type of role and just encourage him to go with his craziest impulses and channel all the evil corrupt scumbag's from his movies into one performance.

To be fair certain movies are best watched on low quality cam rips in a chatroom full of anons.
My favorite was probably Shitbusters 2016 where there were probably 200 people and the chat was mostly silent except for the occasional "wut?"
Or rise of skywalker, where the indian online gambling ads baked into the cam rip were the best most coherent part of the movie.
