Sam is surrounded by yes men who would never try to challenge anything he does. It's funny how Sam talks about this very thing. He would say how artists should never have free reign over a project and need restraint otherwise it will always result in failure. Nick has always been hilarious though. Even if you watch his random 2009 car salesman stories or him fucking around on facebook, he's consistently always funny, and doesn't rely on gimmicks or shock value to do it.
