No. Something can't be the top when it's not even complete, which those aren't. There's no ending to either of them and they don't go anywhere. They're also not connected in any way to the franchise they pretend to be prequels of. They're more a reboot with a jumbled mess of ideas from the real non-alien stories they wanted to tell. They look pretty and have good designs, but fail at most other things

I've always loved them, Prometheus is /tv/core but Covenant sadly remains underappreciated.

Prometheus is good if ultimately kind of frustrating. I really like Covenant though. I hope more people start showing appreciation for those movies, flaws and all, now that Disney has steered the series into shared universe bullshit, fan service nostalgiabait territory
