The original run was untouchable.

You live in a timeline where there is more likely a meme from futurama than the simpsons you can use in a given situation.

Reddit the show before reddit existed. It’s like The Simpsons but the writers didn’t realize they were faggot nerds and no one cared about their epic deep cut science jokes

futurama provided escapism because of the setting. youd lie in bed fantasizing about future world. simpsons was satire of our miserable existence

No, Futurama was fine for the first few seasons. It was very good, no doubt, but it never compared to The Simpsons.

Family Guy was just a trashy ripoff, not clever. It appealed to trailer trash types in my town. It’s also mean spirited, nihilistic slop.

American Dad past S1 is probably the best adult animated comedy show I know, but classic Futurma/Simpsons edges out the other two.

You are correct. But the Simpsons was never good other than the occasional moment for a quick laugh.

Wrong. Futurama has too many stinkers even in its original run.

No, Simpsons at its peak was funnier. Futurama was bogged down in a coat of smarmy smug neckbeardism it never got out from under. It was minimal during its good first seasons but it was always there.

Watching sitcoms is bad enough, I could not imagine watching an animated sitcom. What kind of "people" does it actually appeal to?

Family Guy has far more legitimately funnier episodes than the Simpsons or Futurama. American Dad has the longest unbroken consistently funny season streak than all of them, there was literally not one bad season of American dad once they hit their stride toward the end of season 1 until arguably the last 2 years when episodes have started to become more mediocre than good. That's almost 20 years of unbroken genuinely funny seasons. It hasn't even really aged, you can go back and watch a season 4 or 5 episode and it feels like something that was made recently. The fact American Dad never gathered a normie fan base is all you need to know that its the best out of all them.

NATHAN STOP THAT! This is why you keep getting molested!

First three seasons were better than any season of the Simpsons. 4 and 5 are okay, on par with good seasons yellow people. Revivals... I've stopped at S6Ep1.

Thinking about it now, it's probably my best evidence for the world being fake.
