My wife's pregnancy was the most disappointing thing ever. She had morning sickness for 8 months straight, vomiting every 3-4 hours and having continual heartburn regardless of what we tried to feed her or what medication she took.
There was nothing sexy about any of this. I looked forward to it for so long and in the end it was a giant letdown for both of us.
We got a beautiful baby from it though, so there's that.
