There's not even one drop of blood in that entire film.

I deeply, deeply miss him, especially after having recently watched Ghost Protocol and seen how great he is as a live-action director. Incredibles, Iron Giant, and Ratatouille were defining childhood kinos of mine.
Tomorrowland sucked ass though, and it seems like he's been blackballed ever since.

The Incredibles has better action scenes than every Superhero movie that came after it.

The Iron Giant and The Incredibles were movies by Brad Bird from start to finish.

Pic related is a different case tho. Jan Pinkava came up with the concept, and he was the director for most of its production. Bird just replaced him as the director more or less 2 years before it premiered. Pinkava still got a co-director credit in the final movie.

Why did they have to include that scene in Iceland where it's shown that he survived the missile without a scratch? It just takes away the poignancy from his sacrifice. They should've kept it more ambiguous if he survived or not.

Ratatouille is something special. Pinkava is long gone from Pixar nowadays
