Anime is nonmotion 2d. It always was the slop version of KINO before AI was a thing. Atleast old anime was close to 100% manmade and portrayed an illusion of motion. Nowadays anime can be filled with noise and artifacts that nobody even notices and which nobody decided to put in there. It is therefore not motion, but turbulence.
