Bird peaked with Ratatouille, and that was a project which he inherited from another director. It wasn't his idea or his characters.

Ratatouille is Brad Bird's masterpiece. Though Iron Giant/Incredibles/Rat is a flawless trilogy anyway.

God damn, it’s been a while since I heard any of those names.

Not the biggest fan of Incredibles, but it's better than Iron Giant. At least it has some imagination (the superpowers and the stuff in Syndrome's island base) and it doesn't have a cop-out ending that cheapens the whole thing.

Warner Bros released a bunch of animation movies in theaters during the 90s, but Space Jam was the only successful one. Everything else flopped (including Iron Giant)
