Without weight, you'll have no way to track progress. You need to lift big to get big, simple as.
How many reps for all these things? Am I doing A, then a day off, then B, etc or could I do this on 3 consecutive days ?
Depending on the muscle group, you'll need at least 48-72 hours before you should hit them again. So you could technically do 3 days in a row, but imho, you're better off spreading it out. Rest is what makes you grow, gym is only there to create the tears. If you don't rest sufficiently, you're just reopening the same tears and never progressing.
