nta, but basic wage work in factories is exhausting as fuck. Overtime is not optional most of the time. They overwork you because they are too stingy to hire another worker to ease your work burden. I assume that this anon is from a 2nd/3rd world country, and these factories there don't even apply the basic safety protocols and this is why they bully their workforce into lying when it comes to accidents.
