It's possible. The typical progression among "straight" men who consume pornography is to see simple booblady, bikinis, naked lady stuff in the general culture, and then have some need to see fucking in the visual medium, with a focus on the woman's body of course, but which requires some man doing the fucking/thrusting in the visual display. In principle I can see extreme revulsion at the very sight of a naked man as "extreme" heterosexuality, but in practice it isn't the norm in private behaviors. Men commonly outgrow the soft, non-penetrative lesbian action in the transition from the teenage years to full adulthood, if they're not actually having sex themselves, of course.
My thing is, no black men, period, full stop. They just look so unbelivably disgusting and subhuman. Decently attractive black women (Kira Noir!) are fine, but the presence of a black male is a hard nope for me.
