You now have additional income. Rinse and repeat these until the family owns multiple properties. Sell them all to buy the ugliest gaudiest jeet mansion imaginable. All move into it and file to bring your parents and grandparents on visas. Portion of a small part of the property to “grow fruits and vegetables”. Claim agricultural tax rate. Pay even less. Claim every immigrant tax credit, family credit, and low income tax credit because after all you work at the dollar store.
