We are never doing the death of superman in live action again after snyder fucked it up. And you don't need the death of superman to introduce steel, we just came off a superman tv show where steel was a recurring character and they didn't use that setup. And they did so because Steel is apart of Superman mythos Like lois, jimmy, luthor, and etc. He is more attached to Superman lore more than mr terrific.
