I dont get the hate for "product placement". In fact, I like it, as it grounds the movie in the real world. I'd much rather characters go to McDonalds than "Whoppies" or whatever the fuck

For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.

One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".

Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.

I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.

this was actually a really good film because in the first act where he's sitting on the table waiting for the guy to arrive home he says "do what thou wilt that is the whole of the law"

which is an Alistair Crowley satanic motto and which sets up the whole movie by fincher

he's done a deal with the devil and failed to achieve his end of the bargain "kill the target" so then every bad thing that befalls him after that is a direct result of this failure

I thought that scene was hilarious because right before he talks about keeping his mind clear and focused, then he goes and eats mcdonalds. Given the rest of the movie is him just constantly fucking up and breaking his own rules I assume this is an intentional joke.

the movie is kind of a deconstruction of this mindset right. the protag thinks he is a guy like that, a pro that makes zero mistakes, a character from Heat or Collateral or something, yet every single hit is a fuck up of some sort he barely manages to get through. it's been a while since I watched it but

Every other day I'll get two double-cheeseburgers (add mayo) for breakfast. It's hearty. Filling. And at some locations they'll even give you a deal where if that's all you order -- the system will automaticaply knock off two dollars. I never spend more than $4.50 for two doubles. It might just be the last good deal in this county.
