Control and money is the basic answer.
People with producer credits usually get a cut of the box office or other revenue from the film, after production.
Producers also have a certain amount of control over the decisions of the film director.
By producing their own films with nude scenes, the actresses have control over shutting down behavior or choices the film director may make, that the actress doesn’t like, as well as choices over what footage winds up being included during editing, thereby removing footage that may be too explicit or revealing, or which the actress believes makes them look bad.
Further, the actress gets potentially paid more while appearing nude, and gets experience for future career advancement for when their looks completely go.
Also, as Brian Blessed says in “Alexander”, do what you expect your men to do.
Basically, if an actress appears nude, in a film they produced, they can potentially convince other actresses to appear nude in films that same older actress is producing, and say, “I have also done this”.
Of course the irony, is that “mainstream” films directed by women, usually have more nudity, and more explicit nudity, than films directed by similarly prominent male directors, with certain exceptions, such as Verhoeven.
