It just needs to be reposed, relighted, redesigned with tools that give real control, which I am assuming Cameron's on right now. I only watched the first three episodes and I struggled to stay awake through them because of how dull and lethargically paced they were. And I'm a guy who needs 10 mgs of melatonin to sleep at night. It was the most boring Star Wars had ever been, but everyone was creaming themselves over it, I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. So did Andor suddenly pick up in episode 4 and beyond? Because those first three episodes were giving me the vibes that it was original political thriller Gilroy wrote, no one was interested in it so he called in a favor from Kennedy and slapped some superficial Star Wars elements onto it.

I'll get to it eventually. It came out in October so I was too deep into horror at the time and to be frank Gilroy's attitude towards Star Wars rubbed me the wrong way, as I admit I'm a massive fucking autist for Star Wars and those first three episodes just weren't doing anything for me.

Then again I confess this is probably one of those things where everyone is hyping it up as the greatest thing since the wheel was invented and when I see it I just shrug and don't see what the big deal is. I get that way with Kubrick and Scorsese movies, where I just go 'Eh, that was fine, I guess' but put me in front of some movie with a 6 point whatever on imdb like Dragonheart or Pumpkinhead and I won't stop raving about it.
