BB13 Rachel is probably the worst winner the show has ever had, though I would still expect her to do okay on this due to a favorable early game grodball setup + not looking like a threat because she is a 40 year old woman from 15 seasons ago. Taylor and especially Franzel are underrated around here as players.

That's why the Ragan fight is so good - because Ragan is being honest. He still had his friends Matt & Britney in the house with him, and Rachel had absolutely nobody.

BB13 was bullshit from the start, because if you came for Jeff/Jordan/Rachel/Brendan/Dani at the start, you were immediately targeted. Keith, Cassi, Dominic - boom boom boom. By the time Dani/Kalia/Shelley started to fight back and take out the returnee alliance there were too many members to get everyone, and Rachel slipped through the end.

it's a mixed bag because she's such a hot mess. she acts like a retard and causes drama but there is undeniably some extra intelligence and aptitude for the game there that you don't normally see with players like her.

she seems to have become more self-aware as she's gotten older. during her second season she learned to tone her abrasiveness down just enough to make it to the end (plus she did benefit from a bunch of twists). regardless, the fact that this is her third season makes her a huge threat.

as for why she's popular, she's like an exaggerated cartoon version of janelle who causes 4x as many idiotic fights. she also personifies a lot of the cheesiness of the show. definitely a "love or hate" type
