For starters, that haircut is a couple of hundred dollars (minimum) done by a professional stylist that cuts hair like this FOR magazine/movie/tv show/music video shoots. Secondly, brad pitt is a genetic anomaly in the sense that he has a perfectly symmetrical physiognomy, and is the gold standard for looks. He could rock a bowl cut and it would look good on him. It's not a bald spot and growing it out would most likely be enough to stop that glare, because there's still plenty of hair there. Some places just do one cut no matter what. I have barber shops in my neighborhood, but I have to go like 30 min away to get a cut. It’s one of the reasons people tend to form relationships with a specific barber when you find a good one.
