It’s the best Superman movie since the 2000’s. Not only did we finally skip the fucking origin story that we’ve all seen done every single time with the countless attempts at reboots, but we have a real Clark Kent, a real daily bugle, and a solid foundation to build upon that also includes the existence of other heroes. Plus Superman actually TRIES to protect the city in this film, doesn’t try to kill first and is not some overly serious take like Snyder.
