Superman was an actual boyscout instead of a stoic stick in the mud. The people who dont like the movie just have to admit they dont like superman stories. This is the best representation of the character and his world in live action. The reeves movies had a great superman but his universe felt small.

Feels like they barely talked about it. Just engrossed in a conversation about how Superman the character should be and was portrayed, it actually feels like a review made on the assumption that you've already seen it. Maybe that means they were excited enough that they just wanna engage with each other over the experience, but it strikes me as different from the way they usually talk about movies.
