A lot of it depends on the project. Winslet did nude because it fit the movie and she probably figured it only made Titanic better since it was done tastefully, and it was done well. I'm guessing Sweeney did it for the same reasons, although I haven't seen Euphoria but I imagine it fits the tone of the show and is done tastefully and artistically. Older actresses probably just want to shake things up a bit and do something different plus they get older and aren't as insecure anymore.
