Dobson's problem is he never learned comics as a medium. His third panel is completely superfluous. If he wanted three panels, he could have split the complaint in panel 1 into two panels and had his look at Superman be panel 3. Much funnier, better timed.

Superman has peers he can fight, and when he doesn't he's held back by circumstances often created by his own sense of morality.
Captain Marvel was held back out of jealousy, and once she's free of it all tension goes completely out the window.
