It was because the dude showed up cosplaying as him. Phil couldn't take that so he bitched out and cancelled the segment. He could have turned it around by letting the interview go on and let that dude make a clown of himself, but he couldn't take the bants.
Why would one episode be about some fat bitch and her cheating husband then the next would interview someone that was torture raped and locked in a bathroom for 14 years or some shit
