Too blue, I tried reducing cyan and green on my monitor last time I watched it but I ended up messing with it the whole film. Taking color out always leaves globs of artifacts in areas. There's the older cuts on that blu-ray set but it would be a hassle to get it, and they're not 4k.

That is the idea but the studio mandated it, Ford and Scott hated eachother during production, so when he gets dragged back in to deliver this awful dialogue he just doesn't give a shit, even for harrison ford, the guy who famously has never given a shit.

The voiceover makes clear that Deckard thinks Gaff's a lame faggot that speaks gutter talk. And Gaff's not some mysterious super detective, he's just a lesser cop that's pissed Bryant called in a retired guy to give the case to rather than promoting Gaff and giving him the job.

Watch the scene where Deckard visits his long time buddy Holden in the hospital.

In the final cut, the senile director added in footage from one of his previous movies that says once and for all, that the main character is a robot and not a human.

Which goes against what the original story is about, and goes against what the screenwriter wrote for the movie, and goes against how harrison ford was playing the character, and goes against the entire point of the story and the film in the first place, and renders the tagline "more human than human" pointless.
