As much as I sperg out about historical accuracy, why does this film constantly get shit on by historians? The screenwriter was on record saying, ""If it isn't in [certain historical facts], it doesn't mean we didn't know it ... What you use, in drama, is what plays. Shakespeare did the same." So what's the big deal?
