Karpytshytter ruined KotOR. Do you really think his involvement would be anything other than abysmal given >the state of Star Wars
and >modern mandated writing practices
?
>>212832318
LMAO, they should use it to explain how the hell Maz Kanata got the lightsaber. Imagine if people finally get an answer to one of the plot holes the Disney Canon left, and they just plug it up with EU insanity because they can't be bothered.

Why bother when they'd ruin it? >Darth Bane learns ancient Force secrets from Sith Madam Khanda Bilboogie the middle aged crusty bald black woman to defeat Lord Kaan (played by an Indian bollywood actor) to bring about a new Sith Order shaped by her visions >he betrays her and ends her coup by killing every Sith so he can dictate the past and future of the Sith with the Rule of Two

They would turn the ending into some grand spectacle where they fought with sabers and used force powers. Modern audiences couldnt accept the mellow and low-key story. Infact I don't want ANY EU content made into a show or movie, for fact they would just ignore the source material. Even the scenes with luke and mara jade dueling the droids that have them locked down would be turned into them flipping around and throwing their sabers it's all so trite now, source material counts for nothing.

A 2 or 3 part movie from his early years to being a peak master deflecting every drop of rain in a storm with only a saber just to see if he can would be cool
>>212832024 (OP) >Do you want anything from the EU to be corrupted by Yidsney
No thank you, although I assume it is inevitable. See that gay nu-Bane with the early game SWTOR NPC armor look kek

What do you mean? The first KOTOR is great and better than most Star Wars media. I agree that a modern Bane trilogy adaptation would be horrible though.
>>212836294 >Revan novel
The problem is yours for reading side shit like that. Same as playing the Revan DLC for SWTOR.
KotOR 1 and 2 are great on their own.
>>212836351
To be fair, I don't think anyone expected the guy behind the success of the first KotOR to throw a fit in what was considered the closest thing to KotOR 3 at the time.
>>212836294
That is an incredibly autistic thing to be angry about. I played Koter 1 and 2 when they came out and read the Bane trilogy. It's your fault for ruining it by reading a gay Revan book that came out in 2011.
>>212836351 >>212836813 >sperging over someone's reaction to reading a book that's an official narrative continuation and not liking the contents of it
The fuck?
>>212836889 >>sperging over
Nobody is doing that, just telling you to avoid reading bad shit, or playing in the case of the Revan DLC, and don't let it sour your opinion on the whole thing.
As the other anon said, something that came out in 2011 couldn't be good. And even then, the KotOR games are still not ruined, as they can be enjoyed without thinking of the trash that followed them.
