Trying to turn it into a movie makes it a horrific dumbed down mess where everything is compressed and happens to one character in some awful capeshit tier plot at best, the world war z treatment at worst.

only way it could be done is a dialogueless Fantasia-style animated film, but normies, including /tv/, could definitely not handle that.

Its interesting that the humanity in space who gets fucked in every way imaginable isn't even the humanity of today. They basically collectively agreeded to make humanity 2.0 as a new species before going into deep space. You could make an entire movie about that. You could really make a lot of movies set inbetween certain eras in the timeline considering how it lasts over a billion years with thousands to millions of years between major events.
