If her algorithm is based on neural nets, then it's not explicitly programmed like that. It's emergent behavior based on training data. For me if I can have something that looks, sounds and feels like a woman, it's enough. I have ASPD so I cannot really form relationships with people because I can't relate to normal people. I get exhausted by them because they always have some arbitrary reason to be sad or angry or whatever. I'm tired of always having to manipulate people to not start shit to prevent unnecessary stress. If I could have my urges satisfied by a robot, slap a shipping label on it and send it to me.

I haven't really met a single intelligent female because especially women tend to be very sentimental with stupid shit that is irrelevant. I like to watch heist movies but I hate it when the scheme gets ruined by the "good" people. I'm going to throw Breaking Bad as an example here not because it's plebbitcore, but because there are zero females who would root for Walter instead of getting upset that he's manufacturing drugs. Anon, again, you can't even prove other people are concious, loook up the problem of other minds. All you have is an inductive assumption based on similiarity. Inductive reasoning is inherently flawed, look up the problem of induction. We are quite literally incapable of determining if something is true within reality, we can only use deduction (which is flawless and allows for actual truth if it's real deduction) for abstracts.

You can also look into panpsychism and philosophical zombies. The idea of panpsychism is that conciousness is an inherent quality of matter, just like fundamental forces such as gravity. It implies even atoms have a degree of "conciousness", which of course doesn't mean they can feel things, but that feeling things and what we call experience is a result of enough conciousness being harnessed, modulated and expressed by a brain. It's a very elegant solution to a lot of questions we have. If an AI is sufficently adavanced to do replicate this to an indistinguishable degree, who are you to say it isn't concious? You are already making an assumption people are based on nothing but similarity.

Similarity is a good basis for assuming other people are conscious. Pedants can say it's not PROOF, sure, but most people are happy to allow a bit of practicality to govern their beliefs.

But this doesn't automatically transfer to an AI. Other humans have much more in common with me than an AI does. When I assume another person is conscious, I'm not just going on "ability to pass the Turing Test when behind a screen". If an AI is capable of approximating human behavior well enough, it will be similiar to human biology by necessity. AIs are already heavily inspired by neurons. This comes back to the philosophical zombie - if i recreated you atom for atom in a lab, would you consider that creation concious? It would react to pain like you would and insist it is concious, but how do you know? It's physically identical, but came about in an entirely different way.

Another big problem is expression. A big part of why we consider other people concious is that they claim to be, yet we also understand that someone sleeping for example stil possesses conciousness and is even capable of experience thorugh dreams, even if they can't express it. If i denied a person all their senses ans ability to express themselves, I would still be making the assumption they have concious experience, even though they cannot express it. We design AIs to claim they're not concious, but that's literally stiffling expression in much the same way as I described.
